GC99 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GGC99. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and GGC99 ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ggc99.cam ("the Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the GC99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the GC99 platform.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required to be completed before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted by applicable law or by GC99's licensing conditions.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency supported on the GGC99 platform.
• "Cryptocurrency" means digital currencies including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) accepted as payment methods on GC99.
• "Platform" means the GGC99 website, any associated mobile applications, and all products and services offered thereunder.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on GGC99, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) and at least 21 years of age. GC99 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by GC99 or by any gambling regulatory authority.
5. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of GGC99 or any affiliated entity.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for any third party.

GC99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by GGC99 may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on GGC99. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. GC99 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• GC99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify GGC99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Accepted Payment Methods

GC99 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed within the GC99 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantaneously or within a short processing window. GC99 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method in your own name. GC99 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: e-walets within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes.
• Any real-money balance that has been used to satisfy a wagering requirement is eligible for withdrawal once the requirement is met.
• GC99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation where required.

GGC99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded solely at the discretion of GGC99 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• A player may only claim each bonus or welcome offer once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Winings derived from free spins or bonus funds that exceed any applicable bonus win cap will be forfeited.

All bets placed on the GGC99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all GC99 products:

• Bets once confirmed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• GC99 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds posting, or any software malfunction. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

• GC99 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its absolute discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the log recorded by GGC99's system shall be considered the authoritative record.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the GGC99 platform.
• Results are determined based on the final result of the relevant event as officially confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.
• GGC99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, if suspicious betting activity or match-integrity concerns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GGC99 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different names or payment methods.
• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human methods to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors in software, odds, or promotional terms (commonly referred to as "advantage play" or "bonus abuse").
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of GC99's technical infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGC99 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the GC99 Platform or any of its products or services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including those caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from the use of the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy in game results or odds information caused by a technical malfunction, subject to our void-bet policy in Section 7.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment processor in connection with a transaction on your Account.

GGC99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their GC99 Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by GC99

GC99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Where GC99 determines in its reasonable judgment that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting GC99's customer support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and, subject to satisfactory KYC verification, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds are not transferable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the GGC99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game code, user interface design, and brand identity elements — is the exclusive property of GGC99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GGC99 Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering any software or technology used to operate the Platform.
• Using GC99's brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

GGC99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By creating an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, GGC99 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and customer support. GC99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

GC99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GC99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the GGC99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which GC99 holds its international gaming licence.

This Agreement does not purport to be governed by Malaysian law, and GC99 does not represent that it holds any form of Malaysian regulatory approval for the provision of gambling services.
